How do I verify an individual account?
To use your individual account, you need to complete identity verification. We require this to keep your account and assets secure.
The verification process ensures the security of the exchange platform and helps prevent fraud and other illegal activities. Once your identity is verified, you can trade, deposit, and withdraw funds.
Identity verification on OKX TR can only be completed through the mobile app.
Step by Step Guide
Open the OKX TR app, go to User Center. Go to Profile and select Identity verification

You can complete your identity verification by following these steps in order:
Identity verification
Provide your basic personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and T.C. Kimlik Number.
Make sure all details match the information on your identification document and are kept up to date.
Verify where you live
Provide your country/region, city of birth and your occupation
Proof of Address
They must meet the following requirements. You can see the detailed information here.
Make sure the document is with government-issued barcodes.

We collect this information to better understand your trading volume and income level. Please note that this will not impact your verification process.
Join a video call
To complete your account verification, you will be asked to join a video call. Please have your ID ready and follow the instructions provided by our friendly agent. Our agents are available daily from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM (UTC+3).
