Welcome to OKX TR!

Kickstart your crypto journey in 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Register for an account

Register for an OKX TR account with either your e-mail, Telegram, Apple or Google account and phone number.

Step 2: Complete identity verification (KYC)

To comply with regulations, OKX TR verifies your identity. Doing so helps to secure your account and allow you to access OKX TR's services. This process typically takes a few minutes to submit for review, and it'll take up to 24 hours for it to complete.

In the event that we need more information for verification, our team will reach out to you via e-mail. Please provide the requested information via e-mail to help us process your verification.

Step 3: Fund your account

Don't miss our new user campaigns, complete deposit and trade tasks to earn extra rewards. Check out our campaigns here.

To get started, you'll need to deposit crypto into your account before you can begin trading. In certain regions, crypto transactions are subject to the Travel Rule, which may require additional information before the deposit can be unlocked.

Note: You must join the campaign before making a deposit. Any deposits made prior to joining will not count toward the task.

Step 4: Start trading

All your assets (e.g. USDT) will be stored in your Funding Account. To trade, you'll need to transfer funds to your Trading Account.

How to transfer funds?

  1. Go to homepage > Assets > Transfer

  2. Enter the amount > select Confirm to transfer the asset from your Funding Account to your Trading Account

You may start with Spot Trading to buy and sell your crypto effortlessly.

1. Open your OKX TR app, select Trade > Spot

2. You can start trading now!

Once you're ready, feel free to select the Trade button to explore the available trading options.

Where can I find the Support Center?

  • On the web:

    • Select the Support tab to access the Support Center.

    • You'll find FAQ articles covering topics such as account settings, deposits, withdrawals, and more.

    • Open your app and tap the Menu icon.

    • Select the headset icon to browse articles of interest.

Where can I find OK Assistant?

  1. To access OK Assistant, follow these steps:

    • On the web: Select the headset icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.

    • On the app: Go to Menu, tap the headset icon to enter the support center, then tap on the headset icon again to interact with OK Assistant.

  2. Enter your question in the chat bubble.

  3. If you need further help, select Chat with agent in the chat bubble to connect with a customer support agent.

Note: If you haven't logged in to your account, please select your country of residence when interacting with OK Assistant before proceeding.
