Special Terms and Conditions

1.1. Campaign Period

15 December 2025 at 00:00 (GMT+3) – 15 January 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+3)

1.2. Eligibility

To participate in the campaign, users must click the “Join Now” button on the campaign page. Once participation is successfully completed, the button will update to “Deposit Now.” Otherwise, deposits made during the campaign period will not be considered valid.

This campaign is available to new or existing users who reside in Türkiye and have completed the required OKX TR identity verification levels with a Republic of Türkiye ID Card.

1.3. Eligible Deposits

Eligible deposit types:

• On-chain crypto asset deposits made into an OKX TR account,

• Turkish lira (TRY) bank transfers.

The net deposit amount is calculated by subtracting total withdrawals made during the campaign period from total deposits made after joining the campaign.

Balances held in the account before registering for the campaign cannot be used to meet task requirements.

1.4. Eligible Trading Activity

Since this is a deposit campaign, trading activity is not considered for reward eligibility.

Transactions made using OKX TR advantages, rebate cards, contract coupons, etc. are not considered valid for this campaign.

1.5. Reward Conditions

The maximum reward per user is 25,000 OKX Points. Rewards are granted according to the net deposit levels below:

• 1,000 – 1,999 USD → 5,000 OKX Points

• 2,000 – 2,999 USD → 10,000 OKX Points

• 3,000 – 3,999 USD → 15,000 OKX Points

• 4,000 – 4,999 USD → 20,000 OKX Points

• 5,000 USD and above → 25,000 OKX Points

Each user can only earn a single (non-cumulative) reward corresponding to the highest investment tier reached.

The reward pool is limited; the campaign may end early if rewards are depleted.

Note: Every 100 OKX Points = 1 USDT in value.

1.6. Reward Information

Rewards will be credited to eligible users’ OKX TR accounts but will remain locked. To unlock the rewards, users must:

• Within 180 calendar days from the reward being credited,

• Maintain the AUM (OKX TR main account total assets) corresponding to the reached investment tier for 90 days.

AUM may consist of any asset type supported on the platform.

If AUM falls below the required minimum threshold, the 90-day counter will pause; when the threshold is met again, the counter will resume.

Once 90 days are completed, the reward will be unlocked and become eligible for trading, transfer, or withdrawal.

OKX TR reserves the right to send reminder notifications in the event of AUM decreases.

In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, abuse, mass account creation, manipulation, or chargebacks, OKX TR reserves the right to disqualify users from the campaign and cancel rewards.

General Terms and Conditions

2.1. All users who access the campaign page and participate in the campaign are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Only main accounts may participate in the campaign. Sub-accounts cannot participate; sub-account activity and assets will not be considered.

2.3. Each user may participate in only one new-user campaign. New-user campaigns are intended for accounts that have never performed any transactions on the platform.

2.4. OKX TR reserves the right to monitor participant behavior to prevent fraudulent activity, fake volume creation, mass account creation, manipulation, illegal activities, and other malicious conduct. In such cases, users may be disqualified without notice.

2.5. This campaign does not constitute investment advice and should not be interpreted as such. No return or profit is guaranteed.

2.6. Risk Warning: Digital assets carry high risk; their value may fluctuate, and you may lose your entire investment. You should only invest in products whose risks you understand. Investment decisions are solely your responsibility. OKX TR is not responsible for possible losses.

2.7. The value of digital assets, including stablecoins, may vary significantly over time. The value of rewards at the time they are credited may differ from their value when they can be used.

2.8. OKX TR reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or update the scope or reward amounts of the campaign at any time without prior notice. Participants will always be subject to the most recently published terms.

2.9. OKX TR is subject to local regulatory compliance obligations. Users are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in their own jurisdictions.
