On the app

  1. Open the OKX TR app, go to User Center, and select Profile

    Select User Center at the top left corner

  2. Find Security and select Security center , before selecting Email verification

  3. Select Change email address

  4. Enter your email address in the New email address field

  5. Select Send code in both the Verify new email address and Verify current email address fields. We'll send a 6-digit verification code to both your new and current email. Enter the code accordingly

  6. Enter the two-factor authentication (2FA) code to continue (if any)

  7. You'll receive an email confirmation in your new email upon successfully changing your email

Note: you're not allowed to perform withdrawal within 24 hours after you've changed your email address.

On the web

  1. Go to Profile and select Security

  2. Find Email verification and select Change email

  3. Enter your email address in the New email field

  4. Select Send code in both the New email verification and Current email verification fields. We'll send a 6-digit verification code to both your new and current email. Enter the code accordingly
