the primary common factor is launching extremely cheap and making early buyers rich. this is not possible when builders are incentivised to suck as much capital out as possible pre launch.
the second factor is no VC's, who bought on the open market if they were bullish (often late).
we are not in 2021 anymore.
the market now fully understands that 99% of builders and VC's are out to enrich themselves as quickly as possible because crypto is the easiest game in town to get rich quick.
at what point are people going to realise there is no buyers left on these VC coins beyond the ICO.
i havn't got a dog in this race but it does feel like ppl are going to get XPL'd on Monad.
some of the best wealth generating assets during this crypto cycle:
HYPE: self funded, built a user base before launching token
PEPE/SPX: memecoin that started as a small caps, organic cult following built via conviction.
TAO: launched to little fan fare, everyone could mine it, slowly built a cult over time.
Haseeb rolling out a post as a last ditch effort by the pied piper to motivate some fish to buy.
TLDR: if you are not buying the ICO then you are the fish > there are no buyers post launch
SUI was an outlier because the team is based and scam pumped their own token to infinite
