one way to do so for IBC assets is through @namada's shielding (currently in phase 3)
also $NAM rewards are automatically added to your shielded account. The more assets you shield, the stronger Namada's privacy guarantees are for everyone.
though currently compatible with IBC-enabled blockchains and assets like $NTRN and $TIA, but they're also planning expand to Eth and Solana, and you'll get more shielding options!
