How do I verify an Institutional account?
Open our website at tr.okx.com and select Sign up
Opening sign up page
Insert your email address and you will receive a 6-digit code. Verify your email address by inserting the 6-digit code.
Insert your phone number and you will receive a 6-digit code. Verify your phone number by inserting the 6-digit code.
Read through the agreements and select all the checkboxes then select Next
Create your password and select Next to complete your sign-up
Once your account is created, go to the Overview page and select Verify now to start your institutional verification.

Alternatively, you can go to our Verification page and select Institutional verification, then select Verify institution to verify your account.

Fill in the necessary information:
Your company type
Your company's basic info
Your company address information should match your certificate of incorporation or business registration
The basic info of the key roles of your company include corporate officers/managers, directors, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), and authorized users
Scan and upload the required documents to verify the legality and validity of your company
Additional information that is needed by local laws and regulations
Read through the agreement and insert your signature, and select Submit to complete your verification
Once all information and documents have been submitted, your application will be reviewed as soon as possible and you will receive an e-mail from us. If there is any additional information and documents requested from you in this e-mail, please provide them in full in response to the e-mail.
If your corporate account application is approved, our team will visit you to sign the Membership Agreement.
After we receive the documents, you can log in to your account and start using it!
