Freeze account

Once you freeze your account, you won't be able to log in or register using the same email/phone/personal identity information. However, if you decide to unfreeze the account, you can contact our customer service for assistance.

Getting started

  1. Log in to your account at OKX TR website and go to the security center (Profile icon > Security).

  2. Find Freeze account at the Security Center page

  3. Read what'll happen after freezing your account

  4. Select Reason to freeze account

  5. Tick the below terms if you confirmed to freeze it

  6. Select Freeze account

  7. Get SMS/email and Authenticator code and Confirm to freeze the account

Note: it's required to bind with an authenticator app in your account before freezing it
