Account Information Request – MASAK Communiqué (Serial No: 29)

As OKX TR, in accordance with the MASAK General Communiqué (Serial No: 29) published in the Official Gazette dated June 28, 2025 and numbered 32940, we are authorized to request additional information and documents from users who engage in transactions for purposes such as liquidity provision, market making, or arbitrage.

If you create an OKX TR account and submit the required documents, we would like to support you by reviewing your account and updating your limits so that you are not affected by regional withdrawal restrictions.

Required Documents

  • Customer Declaration: A brief, signed statement explaining the purpose of your transactions (e.g., arbitrage, liquidity provision, market making).

  • Proof of Fund Sources:

    • Bank statements from the last 3 months

    • Account summaries or screenshots from other crypto platforms

    • Explanations or proofs of personal wallet transfers

    • (If necessary, a document approved by a certified financial advisor for taxpayers)

  • Examples of Trading History: Screenshots or records of your crypto asset buy/sell transactions

As a VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider), these documents may be requested periodically to ensure full compliance with MASAK regulations and to maintain the security of your account.

Customer Declaration Sample Petition

To: OKX TR Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu Anonim Şirketi,

Regarding the cryptocurrency asset transfer transactions I/we have carried out with the cryptocurrency asset service provider "OKX TR Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu Anonim Şirketi" (“OKX TR”), I/we hereby accept, declare and undertake:

  • That these transactions have been and will continue to be carried out for the purposes of liquidity provision, market making, or inter-market arbitrage.

  • To immediately submit to OKX TR the documents that support the aforementioned purposes as well as any other documents that may be requested by OKX TR in this regard, and

  • To promptly inform OKX TR in writing via the email address destek@turkiye.okx.com in the event of any change in the nature of such transactions and/or in the content of the submitted documents.

I/we accept, declare, and undertake that in the event these transactions are not conducted for the purposes of liquidity provision, market making, or inter-market arbitrage, I/we have been informed by OKX TR that we will be subject to the transaction time and limit restrictions stipulated in the Financial Crimes Investigation Board General Communiqué No. 29.I/we also accept and declare that, in the event of failure to fulfill this notification obligation, OKX TR is authorized to unilaterally close my/our account on the OKX TR platform and to immediately terminate the OKX TR User Framework Agreement without any compensation.I/we accept and declare that a breach of the principles set forth in this Customer Declaration shall be deemed equivalent to a breach of the OKX TR User Framework Agreement.
