Welcome Rewards – Terms and Conditions

Welcome Rewards is available only to selected new users who register with OKX TR through a designated channel. It is not available to all new users in Türkiye. If the offer is available to you, complete the tasks shown in Rewards > Welcome Rewards within your eligibility period to receive the rewards displayed for you.

The tasks, requirements, deadlines and rewards available to you may differ from those offered to other users. The information shown in your task details is the offer that applies to you.

Eligibility and Reward Details

To be eligible for Welcome Rewards, you must:

• register for a new OKX TR account through a designated channel during the applicable offer period;

• be residing in Türkiye;

• complete the identity verification required by OKX TR;

• have an eligible main account in good standing; and

• complete the tasks shown to you within the applicable eligibility period.

Welcome Rewards is not a general offer for every new OKX TR user in Türkiye. Registering through any other channel does not qualify, even if you later complete the tasks described in these Terms. The offer must also be made available to you in Rewards > Welcome Rewards.Sub-accounts are not eligible. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Welcome Rewards cannot be combined with another new-user offer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What tasks do I need to complete?

Complete the tasks shown in Rewards > Welcome Rewards. Each task will show its requirements, measurement method, deadline and reward.Only activities that meet all the requirements shown in the task details will count. A task may use a Net Deposit or trading-volume requirement. The common measurement rules are explained below. Your task details determine the applicable task type, target and timeframe, but cannot override an exclusion expressly stated in these Terms.

How is a Net Deposit task measured?

Net Deposit measures the eligible value you add to your OKX TR account after eligible value leaving the account is deducted:

Net Deposit = Qualifying Deposits − Qualifying Withdrawals

Qualifying Deposits may include eligible cash deposits and eligible on-chain transfers from an external wallet, where permitted by the task details.The following do not count as Qualifying Deposits:

• internal transfers received from another OKX TR user;

• transfers between your own OKX TR accounts or sub-accounts;

• failed, reversed, refunded or recalled deposits;

• funds received through Crypto Gift or another promotional reward; and

• any other transaction excluded in the task details.

Qualifying Withdrawals may include cash withdrawals, on-chain transfers out of OKX TR, internal transfers sent to another OKX TR user, and other outbound transfers identified in the task details. This means an incoming internal transfer will not increase your Net Deposit, while an outgoing internal transfer may reduce it.

For example, if you make a Qualifying Deposit of 10,000 and later make a Qualifying Withdrawal of 2,000, your Net Deposit is 8,000. Receiving an additional internal transfer of 1,000 from another OKX TR user does not increase it to 9,000.

If your Net Deposit falls below the required amount before the task is verified or before any required holding period ends, you may no longer satisfy the task.

Which trades count toward a trading task?

The trade types that count depend on the task shown in the app:

The task label and instructions in Rewards > Welcome Rewards determine which rule applies to you.The following do not count toward any trading task:

• trades executed on zero-fee trading pairs;

• Buy, Sell or Convert transactions offered with zero markup;

• cancelled, rejected or unfilled orders;

• trades completed using platform rewards, coupons or other promotional benefits;

• wash trades, self-trades or trades intended to artificially increase volume; and

• any other transaction excluded in the task details.

The zero-fee pair and zero-markup exclusions apply to all trading-task types.

What reward will I receive?

The type and amount of your reward are shown in the relevant task details. Most Welcome Rewards are issued as OKX Points.

Where a reward is issued as OKX Points, the Points are governed by the OKX Point Rewards Terms and Conditions. Please review those terms and the information shown on the OKX Points page for how Points may be used, applicable validity periods and any related restrictions.

Rewards may be subject to user limits, task limits, an overall campaign budget or availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Any applicable limit will be shown in the Welcome Rewards page or task details.

Where can I check my progress and rewards?

You can check task requirements, progress and reward status in Rewards > Welcome Rewards or in the equivalent location shown in your OKX TR app.

Task completion and reward crediting may not be immediate and can take up to 48 hours. If your reward is still not visible after 48 hours, contact OKX TR Support and provide a screenshot of your completed task status.

Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome Rewards is offered by OKX TR Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu Anonim Şirketi (“OKX TR,” “we,” “us” or “our”), the OKX TR entity with which you are registered under the OKX TR User Framework Agreement.

2. By joining Welcome Rewards, completing a task or accepting a reward, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

3. Welcome Rewards is not available to all new users in Türkiye. You must register through a designated channel, the offer must be made available to you in Rewards > Welcome Rewards, and you must complete each task within the timeframe shown in the task details. Registering through another channel does not qualify, even if you complete the task requirements. A task deadline may be calculated from the date and time your OKX TR account is created, the date you join the offer, or another date expressly shown in the app.

4. Task progress may take time to update. A reward is issued after OKX TR confirms that you have met the displayed task requirements and the standard eligibility checks.

5. Net Deposit and trading tasks are measured using the rules in these Terms and any additional requirements shown in the applicable task details. Task details may add requirements but cannot override an exclusion expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Participation is limited to one eligible main account per person. You must not create or use multiple accounts, use another person’s account or identity, provide false verification information, manipulate task or transaction data, conduct wash or self-trading, collude with others, exploit a system error, or use automated tools to obtain a reward.

7. If OKX TR confirms fraud, abuse, a manifest error or a material breach that affected eligibility, it may cancel the affected task or reward and disqualify the relevant user. Subject to applicable law, OKX TR may also recover a benefit that was obtained improperly. Any account restriction will be handled under the OKX TR User Framework Agreement.

8. OKX TR may ask for additional information or documents to confirm your identity, eligibility or task completion. Failure to provide reasonably requested information may result in delay or loss of eligibility.

9. Welcome Rewards and the available tasks or rewards are subject to availability. OKX TR may cancel, extend, suspend or change the offer, its eligibility criteria, tasks, rewards, limits or timing where permitted by applicable law. Where reasonably practicable, material adverse changes will be announced before they take effect.

10. A change will not retroactively affect a reward validly earned before it takes effect, except where the reward is affected by fraud, abuse, manifest error, a breach of the applicable terms, or a legal or regulatory requirement.

11. System maintenance, data delays, risk reviews, network issues or other exceptional circumstances may delay task verification or reward crediting. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. You are responsible for any tax, fee or other charge that may apply to receiving or using a reward or to any subsequent transaction. OKX TR does not provide tax, legal, accounting or financial advice.

13. Where your reward is OKX Points, these Terms supplement the OKX Point Rewards Terms and Conditions. These Terms also supplement the OKX TR User Framework Agreement. Mandatory applicable law prevails. These Terms govern Welcome Rewards tasks; the OKX Point Rewards Terms and Conditions govern OKX Points; and the OKX TR User Framework Agreement governs your account and use of OKX TR services.

14. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the OKX TR User Framework Agreement and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

15. If these Terms are published in Turkish and another language, the Turkish version will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
