How do I find my deposit address and tag/memos?
When you deposit cryptocurrency to OKX TR from third-party exchanges or non-custodial wallets, you'll need a deposit address, and sometimes even a tag/memo from us depending on the cryptocurrency you are depositing. Here's where you can find the address and tag/memo when depositing.
On the app
Open your OKX TR app, go to Assets and select Deposit crypto
Select the crypto you want to deposit, then select the designated deposit network
You'll see Deposit address and tag/memo if it's required

On the web
Log in to your account at OKX TR website, go to the Assets and select Deposit
Select the crypto you want to deposit, then select the designated deposit network
You'll see Deposit address and tag/memo if it's required

Note:
Copy the deposit address and tag/memo, paste it on the withdrawal page of the platform of your choice and follow the instructions to complete your deposit
Make sure the withdrawal network of your selected platform matches the deposit address on OKX TR
Not every cryptocurrency and network requires a tag/memo. If it's required, make sure you fill in both the deposit address and tag/memo to avoid any potential losses; if there is no tag/memo required, the deposit address alone will sufficient.
