OKX TR USDG Rewards Terms and Conditions

OKX TR USDG Rewards is offered by the OKX TR entity on which you are onboarded as a customer under the OKX TR User Framework Agreement (each such entity hereafter referred to as "OKX TR") or relevant local entity Terms of Service, as applicable.

The OKX TR USDG Rewards is an automatic opt-in reward whereby you automatically earn rewards for the USDG you hold in your OKX TR Account automatically ("Reward").
These Terms and Conditions shall supplement our OKX TR User Framework Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and our OKX TR User Framework Agreement , such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing the Reward page and participating in this Reward, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
USDG Rewards is an incentive program whereby through the OKX TR Platform you can earn rewards for the USDG you hold in your OKX TR account, subject to applicable conditions ("Rewards"). When you buy USDG, or convert or transfer USDG to your OKX TR account, you will earn Rewards in USDG.
Rewards will be earned in the form of USDG. You understand and agree that Rewards do not represent funds received from OKX TR Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu Anonim Şirketi or constitute any yield that may be generated by any underlying assets backing the USDG stablecoin. You further understand and agree that Rewards are earned at a rate set by OKX TR, in its sole and absolute discretion, which may be modified, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice. Estimated Rewards or APY published on the OKX TR website do not guarantee actual Rewards you receive and which may not reflect compounding. There may be a delay before your Rewards are eligible for transaction validation and earnings of Rewards.
Your Rewards:
- Shall accrue every day and are distributed to your Account weekly around Wednesday (3 PM, UTC +3).
- Will not accrue if your order is not successful.
- May be subject to a maximum limit.

Only eligible OKX TR customers will be able to participate in this rewards program. Customers must pass or have previously passed OKX TR’s advanced identity verification.
Eligibility is limited to individual, verifiad primary accounts; sub-accounts are not permitted to participate.
Users may be required to prove OKX TR membership. Those who fail to provide such documentation may be excluded from the campaign.
USDG invested in trading bots shall not be eligible for any Rewards accrual.
All applicable direct or indirect taxes, as well as any fees or additional expenses arising from the acceptance, receipt and use of Rewards under this event, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes, without limitation, any connection, installation, or service-related charges.
You may opt out of or back into USDG Reward Program at any time.
USDG Rewards do not represent yields generated by the underlying assets. We are under no obligation to pay out USDG Rewards. Once paid out, your Rewards remain under your control at all times. OKX TR will not use your funds without your explicit permission. Your USDG Rewards, which may vary based on your location and account type, are determined solely by OKX TR. We reserve the right to modify the USDG Reward Annual Percentage Yield (APY) and/or discontinue the USDG Reward Program at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We strongly recommend that you review the USDG Reward Program updates regularly to stay informed of any changes.
USDG is not legal tender. OKX TR is not a bank or depository institution, and your USDG balance does not constitute a deposit account. The APY offered by OKX TR is independent of and may not align with prevailing market rates for traditional bank deposit accounts.
This Reward program is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. OKX TR reserves the right to monitor participant behavior during the event and to disqualify any user it deems to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise irregular conduct. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using accounts or personal information belonging to others, submitting falsified KYC documentation, manipulating trading volume, engaging in wash trading or self-dealing, repeatedly recycling on-chain funds, participating in reward farming groups, any other illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities; bulk account openings, sham buy-sell transactions and collusion or other activities intended to manipulate reward distribution. OKX TR reserves the right to revoke a participant’s eligibility without prior notice in the event of any such conduct.
OKX TR reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this promotion, and/or cancel this promotion without notice.

If there is a discrepancy between the Turkish version of these Terms and Conditions and the translation of English version, the Turkish version shall prevail.
OKX TR takes its regulatory‑compliance obligations seriously and always adheres to the requirements of local regulators. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
