How do I deposit TRY? (Web)
You can deposit Turkish Lira (TRY) from your bank account using Havale, FAST, or EFT. To initiate a transfer, you'll need to access your bank account and provide your OKX TR bank account details.
With OKX TR, you can deposit from your individual TRY bank accounts registered in your name only. Electronic methods such as Papara, PTT, PayCell, Ininal, credit card, and ATMs won't be processed. Commercial accounts, joint accounts, foreign currency accounts or accounts belonging to other individuals can't be used. If you have an account with one of our partner banks (Ziraat, Vakıfbank, Şekerbank, Fibabank and İş Bankası), you can deposit via Havale. Havale deposits are instant and available 24/7.
If you have an account that is not with our partner banks, you can deposit via FAST or EFT. You can deposit ₺100,000 or less from any bank supporting FAST transfers 24/7. You can deposit larger amounts or to non-FAST supported banks via EFT during our banking partner's business hours, Monday-Friday 09:00-16:45, excluding public holidays.
If you submit a bank transfer outside of your bank's business hours, there is no additional action needed. Your bank will process it during the next business day. For more information, please contact your bank.
In line with our commitment to ensure the security of your account and funds, a temporary 48-hour restriction will be placed on your crypto withdrawals after your first transaction. Please note that your account will not be subject to any existing buy-sell restrictions or TRY deposit-withdrawal restrictions; the current measure will only apply to crypto transfers.
For information regarding the release date and time of your assets, please visit the asset withdrawal page to check the asset release date and time. While we understand the inconvenience this may cause, it's unfortunately not possible for us to make any exceptions as it's a procedure we follow regionally in accordance with our legal obligations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Typically, deposits from qualified accounts are reflected in your account immediately. In rare cases, it can take up to 20 minutes.
Deposits from FAST bank of ₺100,000 or less and deposits from Ziraat, Vakıfbank or Fibabank of any amount via Havale will be reflected in your account instantly.
Deposits from non-FAST supported banks (other than Ziraat, Vakıfbank and Fibabank) and FAST-supported banks of more than ₺100,000 via EFT will be processed during business hours, between 09:00 and 16:45 on weekdays.
If your bank transfer takes longer than the time specified using a qualified bank account, it may delay due to a heavy volume of bank transactions. For help, contact us at destek@turkiye.okx.com . Please include your UID and proof of your transaction in your message to our team.
If your deposit has been returned to your bank account, it may be because the TCKN on your bank account doesn't match your TCKN with OKX TR. Deposits may be rejected for other reasons. In such cases, you're able to view the rejection reasons in your transaction history or email.
