Abstract is struggling and it's impacting the sentiment of the entire Igloo ecosystem. I'm seeing Pudgy community members who once were mega bulls on Abstract distancing themselves saying, "that's a different business it has nothing to do with us." Here's how I'd solve it: - Get honest feedback and implement fast changes. The XP update was long overdue - people have been lamenting about the tiers for months. Streamers want followers to get "go live" notifications. People miss flash badges. I could go on...but the point is, don't be insular, seek opportunity. - Execute real campaigns. Gaming competitions, streaming happy hours with extra tips (and the team tipping tippers), have seasonal drops/campaigns coinciding retail holidays, issue merch, etc. I could go on for days with this stuff...it's what I did in Web2 for Fortune 500 companies. - Rally the community. Pudgy Penguins has one of strongest, most loyal communities in the world...not just Web3. Find ways to get them engaged on...
