A great, but underappreciated benefit of bridging the rings to Abstract, is that we were able to "save" lost rings. ETH Genesis Rings sent to AGW were effectively lost forever as AGW doesnt exist on ethereum mainnet. While we were writing the @LayerZero_Core bridge contracts, we remembered this and coded in an escape hatch to allow the team to override the LZ logic and "rescue" these lost rings. As a result, we were able to reunite 5 rings with their respectful owners. Their hearts full, and their cocks ringed.
A few months ago, I accidentally transferred my Penguin and OCH ring to ABS's network address. Unfortunately, my Penguin couldn't be recovered, but after communicating with Skarly, he tried to help me retrieve my ring. A great team never overlooks any member. Forever supporting OnChainHero! @skarlywarly @onchainheroes @Abstract_Eco
