'Can we share mindshare?'

For example, I write an article.
Then many people come to my article
and leave comments and quotes.
In that case,
eventually my mindshare increases.
How can we make it rise 'together'?
I think it would be good to leave comments on the quotes of my article, but
I thought that if I write an article quoting someone else's work,
that person's mindshare might also increase.
However, quoting every comment left by everyone
seems to distribute the traffic and not be very effective.
