Today, we'd be interacting with @Uniswap
visit and connect your wallet.
Click on your wallet icon and it will display your assets. You'd see a settings icon, click on it and select testnet mode.
Click on the ETH asset, you'd see a list of assets and an ETH icon bside the search bar.
Click on this icon and select the Monad testnet.
Select your preferred assets and swap.
Next, click on pools and select create position.
Switch from V4 to v3 as this version supports liquidity provision on the monad testnet.
Select your preferred assets and click on continue. I used MON and aCHOG to provide liquidity.
Input amount and approve transaction in your wallet.

Today, we'd be interacting with @Glacier_Fi
visit and connect your wallet.
Select any asset of your choice and swap. I did MON to USDC.
You can do this as many times as you want.
Next, click on wrap
Here, you'd wrap MON to iceMON.
Select the amount you want
Click on Wrap and approve in wallet.
You can also nwrap by clicking on the arrow to switch asset positions.
Then you click on stake
You have 3 assets to choose from: iceMON, WMON and shMON
Select any of the preferred assets, input your desired amount iand stake.
If you've been interacting with Glacier prior to now, click on Mint to see if you are eligible.
If you are, claim the free NFT and that's all.
