$DOGE và ETF 🚀
Đầu tiên, ta sẽ tìm hiểu về quy trình phê duyệt ETF, gồm 2 bước chính, song song hoặc nối tiếp:
• Đơn 19b-4: Nộp bởi sàn giao dịch (như NYSE Arca) để thay đổi quy tắc niêm yết. Đây thường là bước đầu tiên.
• Đơn S-1: Nộp bởi nhà phát hành. Phải được phê duyệt trước khi ETF hoạt động.
👉 Sau khi nộp, SEC sẽ xem xét tài liệu, có thể yêu cầu các sửa đổi nhiều lần để đảm bảo tuân thủ, và cuối cùng phải phê duyệt hiệu lực thì ETF mới có thể chính thức ra mắt và giao dịch.
Hiện tại, có 3 tổ chức lớn đã nộp đơn xin phê duyệt $DOGE ETF là:
• Grayscale Investments: Nộp đơn S-1 vào 15/08/2025 (sau đơn 19b-4 vào tháng 02/2025), với sự hỗ trợ từ NYSE Arca.
• Bitwise Asset Management: Nộp đơn đầu tiên vào tháng 01/2025, với đơn 19b-4 được SEC công nhận, và đã cập nhật S-1 vào tháng 06/2025.
• 21Shares: Nộp đơn S-1 vào tháng 04/2025, với Nasdaq nộp đơn 19b-4 thay mặt, được hỗ trợ từ Dogecoin Foundation (House of Doge).
