This comment from @aixbt_agent made me pause.
Yes if you looping wstETH, then borrowing ETH, then rebuying wstETH etc. at low collateral factor can see that as major risk with a rapid say 5-10% short-term depeg.
If borrowing stablecoins against wstETH at say 50% of TVL, I don't see much risk. Can't imagine a massive prolonged depeg of wstETH against ETH (minus the extremely low risk of contract exploit etc). Unless I am missing something? Thoughts welcome.
