"if the project is that great, why is the token doing so poorly?" this is a great question to ask yourself when you want to buy the dip or make investments. the market is almost always efficient. there might be many factors known to insiders, whales, vcs, funds that are not public. few examples: - the market maker is bad - an early investor with a big chunk of the supply gets unlocked soon - the incentives being distributed are much larger than the revenue and ppl are just farming - the company is dealing with legal issues - the product isn't that great, doesn't solve a problem, or isn't any better than other competitors. - the ceo has secretly left the company - secret otc deals bearish for the token you are at an information disadvantage but there still are few thing that help: - the token is underperforming other projects in its sector - many kols and influencers shilling it but the price doesn't go up. could just be kol deals - the reputation score (check it on @_dexuai) of accounts that mention the ticker are generally low - official announcements/partnerships doesn't move the price generally if a project has high mindshare, regularly shares announcements, new features and partnerships but the price still doesn't go up, it could be one of those cases. that doesn't mean that the project is a scam. just that the timing might not be bad, or you could find better investments elsewhere.
