Công ty CEA Industries đã thành công trong việc huy động $500M USD thông qua đợt phát hành cổ phiếu tư nhân (với khả năng mở rộng lên 1,25 tỷ USD nếu toàn bộ quyền chọn được thực hiện), chính thức chuyển đổi mô hình kinh doanh từ ngành vape sang chiến lược treasury tập trung vào $BNB.
