When I saw CZ big brother @cz_binance post "Only had 5 meetings today. Light Saturday," I couldn't help but feel a bit emotional. I originally thought that after stepping back, big brother would have a lighter load, but it turns out he’s just as busy as ever! I believe sister @heyibinance, as the Chief Customer Officer, must be the same, right? Just think about these 5 meetings; if we count one hour for each, there must be some break time in between. Adding it all up, it should be at least six or seven hours. And this is just for the meetings; there will definitely be meeting notes to handle afterward and other matters to follow up on. When you think about it, the workload for a day easily adds up to over ten hours. In fact, given the current situation of big brother CZ and sister, the money they earn is enough to live comfortably for several lifetimes. However, they choose not to take it easy and are still working hard on the front lines. I think it’s because he genuinely wants to make Binance the best, and he truly loves this industry; otherwise, how could he keep going? Moreover, in the @GiggleAcademy education sector that big brother founded himself, he has always been very dedicated. You can feel that he really wants to do more in this industry, not just to improve the platform but also to contribute to industry education. At this point, thinking about ourselves, it’s really quite different. Usually, we work eight hours a day, but if we could treat our operations in this industry as seriously as we do our regular jobs, regularly checking in and reflecting, and improving our execution, we would definitely gain a lot! Speaking of which, we are much happier than CZ. Not only do we have less pressure, but we can take a break whenever we want, while big brother can’t. He carries such a heavy burden with Binance, with so many users trusting him; I guess it’s hard for him to truly relax! Of course, having pressure brings motivation! I believe everyone will continue to improve! Being able to encounter Binance in the crypto industry and meet such responsible founders is actually quite lucky.
