- you win if the community wins
- you have a stake and believe in yourself as well
- you have a vision for what things look like and work tirelessly towards that
- you have the balls to stand on business
and they want to see:
- you being the number 1 commander in chief of the mission
- you champion the narrative authentically (because you believe in it)
align --> dream --> demonstrate --> grow
heart & commitment
any laziness or perception that you've already made it and thus dont really care makes those in the ecosystem not really care
move fucking militant or dont move at all
people believe "if you build it they will come"
incorrect.
