Nexus mining FAQ:
Is it OK to run many nodes using the same Nexus account?
Yes, all that matters is the amount of computing power supplied. Nexus operates in the same way as Bitcoin in this sense.
How are Nexus rewards computed?
Rewards (points) are allocated in batches every few blocks, also called epochs, and then get distributed proportionally to the computing power supplied per user in that epoch.
The more computing power supplied, the more points you earn.
Importantly, many other interactions are also tracked (e.g., transactions, deploying apps, connecting X & Discord, etc.)
What’s the difference between points and testnet tokens?
Points are convertible into Testnet III ERC-20 tokens
What computations are my nodes doing?
Nexus nodes compute ZK proofs using the Nexus zkVM v3.0, computing proofs for tasks assigned to by the network
