My son is not very good at socialising and was particularly nervous when he first transferred to an international school. (Video Comment Corner)
I picked up a seashell from the seaside, coloured it, and gave it to him as a "magic shell".
I told him:
If you're nervous, take the shells out of your pocket and chant the incantation – "Thunderbolt Thunderbolt!"
