Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

Encourage your friends to create an OKX TR account with your referral code. When your referee trades the required amount in a single order within 14 days of sign-up:

• You and your referee will be eligible to receive the reward mentioned on the Referral Program page

There will be a total reward of 6,000,000 TRY, distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis according to the completion time of the referee's trade criteria. 

As a referrer, you can earn a maximum of 10 referral rewards monthly. Once you have reached this limit, you will stop receiving the referrer rewards.

Join the program

1. Log in to your account at our website and go to More > Referral or access the Referral page via our app

2. Share your invitation link or your invitation code with your friends to register an OKX TR account.

3. Encourage your friends to create an account and trade.

Terms & Conditions

• The program is tailored for users under the Turkish Entity. Both referrers and referees have to be under the Turkish Entity to be eligible.

• A total reward of 6,000,000 TRY will be distributed based on the completion time of the referee's trade criteria in a first-come-first-serve manner. After the rewards are depleted, no additional rewards will be granted. The referral relationship will remain bounded.

• The rewards must be claimed within 30 days from receipt otherwise it will expire. Referrers can claim rewards on the Referral Page, while Referees can claim them on the Reward Center page.

• You can view your rewards and rewards earned on Referral > Invited Friends page on our website and app.

• Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate in this program, receive any rewards, or be invited as referees.

• Please note that the value of rewards may fluctuate. At the time a reward-winning user initiates a withdrawal, the reward distributed to the user may not be equivalent at that moment. The average TRY-USDT exchange rate for the 7 days preceding the withdrawal date will be considered when rewards are deposited, which may potentially result in varying reward amounts. Digital assets, including stablecoins and NFTs, involve a high degree of risk and can become worthless. Due to price fluctuations, you may experience either an increase or decrease in the value of your assets at any given time.

• We reserves the right to disqualify or suspend accounts of any participant and confiscate all rewards of any participant who is found to be involved in any dishonest or abusive behaviour in this activity, including but not limited to click farming, registering multiple accounts, using others' accounts, using others' KYC information to register accounts, providing false KYC information, using device farms or other malicious tools for abusive, dishonest or fraudulent purposes, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violation of any applicable rules or policies of OKX TR or any campaign or project rules or terms and conditions or announcements (as amended and restated from time to time) in connection with the project, violating local regulatory rules or any engaging in other activities with the intent or result of abusing, disrupting or undermining the legitimate operation of the project, as determined by us at its sole discretion.

• We may delay the distribution of Rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances. If you have not received the Rewards within 48 hours after your friends complete the task, please contact customer service, and we will actively follow up on the situation.

• We have the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or our terms of service.

• Please note that the rewards and their requirements can fluctuate based on ongoing experiments and the maximum reward amounts mentioned above do not constitute eligibility and/or the right to said rewards. 

• We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.

• There may be account based restrictions on benefiting from campaigns and promotions, in order to prevent benefiting from the campaign more than once or to prevent risk exposure.

• We reserves the right to disqualify those attempting to gain unfair advantages through various methods, engaging in self-trading, and illegally registering accounts.
