Obilet Merchant Code Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Exclusive Terms and Conditions:

1.1. Campaign Period:

June 3, 2025 (GMT+3) – June 17, 2025 (GMT+3)

1.2. Participation Requirements:

To participate in the campaign, users must register with OKX TR and complete the identity verification (KYC) process using their Republic of Turkey Identity Card. Users must complete KYC through the www.tr.okx.com website or the OKX TR mobile app.

Only individual and verified main accounts are eligible to participate. Sub-accounts are not allowed.

Eligible users can benefit from the specified discounts during the campaign period by using the campaign codes sent to them via email in eligible transactions through the Obilet mobile application.

1.3. Eligible Transactions:

• ₺200 Flight Ticket Discount: Users must successfully complete their First Time Deposit (FTD) on OKX TR after joining the campaign.
  

• ₺600 Hotel Booking Discount: Users must generate a minimum total trading volume of ₺1,000 in Easy Buy/Sell pairs on OKX TR.

1.4. Terms Related to Discount Codes:

Campaign codes will be provided only to OKX TR users who meet the campaign requirements. These codes, which are unique to each user, will be shared under the "My Rewards" section in the OKX TR app.

Campaign codes are valid only for online transactions made through the Obilet mobile application. Postpaid and offline transactions are excluded.

Campaign codes are non-transferable, cannot be sold, converted into cash, or combined with other promotions.

Codes are valid from 03/06/2025 to 30/12/2025. Transactions outside this period are not eligible for discounts.

During the use of the codes, Obilet Bilisim Sistemleri A.S.'s terms of service also apply. Obilet and OKX TR are not responsible for any issues not caused by their own services.

1.5. Reward Conditions:

The reward in this campaign consists of discount codes.

To receive rewards:

The ₺200 flight ticket discount code is for users who complete their first deposit on OKX TR.

The ₺600 hotel reservation discount code is for users who trade a minimum volume of ₺1,000 in Easy Buy/Sell on OKX TR.

To use the codes, users must download the Obilet mobile application and become a member. Existing members must log in to their accounts.

Codes must be entered in the “Campaign Code” field on the payment screen. Purchases made without entering the code cannot be retroactively included in the campaign.

1.6. Reward Details:

The reward codes of users who fully meet the campaign requirements will be shared under the "My Rewards" section in the OKX TR app.

If any cancellations, changes, or modifications to bookings occur during the campaign period, the codes will be invalidated and cannot be reused.

Rewards are personal and may only be used by the relevant user.

All rights related to the campaign belong to OKX TR Crypto Asset Trading Platform Inc. and Obilet Bilisim Sistemleri A.S.

2.1. All users who visit the campaign page and participate are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the campaign terms.

2.2. Only main accounts are eligible. Transactions made using sub-accounts will not be considered.

2.3. Each user can only earn one discount code during the campaign period.

2.4. OKX TR reserves the right to monitor all campaign activities to prevent fraudulent behavior, such as manipulation, mass account creation, or malicious trading. Users engaging in such actions may be disqualified.

2.5. This campaign does not constitute investment advice. No return on investment is promised.

2.6. Risk Disclaimer: The value of digital assets is highly volatile and carries investment risk. Users should assess their own risk tolerance before making investment decisions.

2.7. The value of discounts obtained through the campaign codes is limited to the amount at the time of use. The value at the time of dispatch and use may vary.

2.8. OKX TR and Obilet reserve the right to unilaterally change the campaign’s terms, scope, and duration without prior notice.

2.9. OKX TR complies fully with all local regulations and legal obligations. Participants are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in their region. Any violation may result in disqualification and full legal liability falls on the user.

2.10. Third-party companies (e.g., Obilet Bilisim Sistemleri A.S.) involved in the delivery of services retain their own rules, conditions, and responsibilities. OKX TR is not liable for technical issues, cancellations, or dissatisfaction arising from these services.

2.11. For technical or system-related issues encountered during code redemption on the Obilet app, users should contact Obilet’s live support line.

2.12. OKX TR and Obilet are not responsible for lost, deleted, or misdirected codes. Users are advised to store codes securely.

2.13. Distributed codes are only valid for transactions performed by the OKX TR member in their own name. Use on behalf of third parties may result in cancellation of the discount.

2.14. Users may be required to prove OKX TR membership. Those who fail to provide such documentation may be excluded from the campaign.

2.15. Users can access detailed information about the campaign discounts via www.obilet.com.

2.16. If any cancellation, change, or similar issue arises with a flight or hotel booking, no code refund will be given, and users cannot claim any acquired rights.

2.17. Obilet Bilisim Sistemleri A.S. and OKX TR reserves the right to suspend, terminate, cancel, or change the campaign in the event of rule violations during or after the campaign period. In the case of changes, users cannot claim any acquired rights.
