Information Notice About Sending Commercial Electronic Messages
In accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce Commercial, electronic message and the relevant legislation has the meaning data, audio and video content messages sent for commercial purposes and carried out electronically using means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic dialing machines, smart voice recording systems, e-mail, short message service.
Commercial electronic messages can only be sent to recipients based on their prior consent. Commercial electronic messages cannot be sent to recipients who do not have approval on the Commercial Electronic Message Management System (“İYS”). This approval can be obtained in writing or by any electronic means of communication or through the İYS. On the other hand, the approvals obtained through the İYS shall include a positive statement of will and electronic communication address. Recipients may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without giving any reason. The recipient’s notification of withdrawal invalidates the approval regarding the communication channel in which the notification was made. The recipient may also exercise the right to withdraw through the IYS. In case the recipient provides contact information for the purpose of contacting him/her, no separate approval shall be obtained for commercial electronic messages to be sent for change, use and maintenance regarding the goods or services provided.
Prior approval is not required for commercial electronic messages sent to the electronic communication addresses of recipients who are merchants or tradesmen. However, in case the merchants and tradesman exercise their right of withdrawal as per the relevant legislation, commercial electronic messages cannot be sent without their approval. Within this scope, the electronic communication addresses of the recipients, who are merchants or tradesmen, shall be recorded in the IYS by the service provider, and be confirmed whether the recipients use their right of refusal through the IYS.

By approving this statement, I accept, declare and undertake that, in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation I give my explicit consent to be contacted for the purpose of transmitting all kinds of information, promotion, advertisement, product offers, promotions, campaigns, satisfaction evaluation studies and announcements by using any communication media (such as SMS, e-mail telephone, fax, call center, etc.) provided to OKX Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, and I will further notify OKX Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi in writing if there is any change in my information; and I am aware of the fact that this consent provided by me is revocable and that I can give withdrawal notification easily and free of charge via the same communication channel whichever communication channel the commercial electronic message was sent, and that I can exercise my right of withdrawal through the İYS.
