How do I deposit and redeem crypto on OKX TR Earn?
What is On-chain Earn?
OKX TR On-chain Earn offers you two ways to earn rewards: Proof-of-Stake (PoS) staking and DeFi protocols. PoS staking involves holding and staking cryptocurrency tokens to secure the network and receive rewards in the form of newly minted tokens or transaction fees. DeFi protocols enable you to earn rewards by providing liquidity, participating in yield farming, and borrowing or lending cryptocurrency. This guide explores different methods, including mining, staking, liquidity mining, and lending, to help users earn passive income with cryptocurrencies.
How do I use on-chain earn?
On the app
Open the OKX TR app, go to the User menu, and select Earn
Open user menu
Open Earn page
Select the crypto token that you want and select Next
Insert your amount in the Amount field and select Preview. If you've got an insufficient amount, you will be prompted to either deposit, buy, or convert the crypto to a sufficient token amount before continuing.
Read through the deposit preview and select the checkbox to agree with the user agreement
Select Deposit to complete the request
Confirm the staking details and select deposit to complete the order
On the web
Log in to your account at tr.okx.com and go to Earn
Select the token that you want and select Subscribe
Subscribe the token that you want to stake
Read through the on-chain earn staking overview and select Continue
Insert your amount in the Amount field and select Subscribe. If you've got an insufficient amount, you can select Top up to either deposit, buy, or convert a sufficient token amount before continuing.
Read through the deposit preview and select the checkbox to agree with the user agreement.
Select Subscribe to complete the request
Confirm the staking details and select deposit to complete the order
How do I redeem crypto?
On the app
Open the OKX TR app, go to the User menu, select Earn, and switch to the Earnings tab.
Select your active deposit from the list, select Redeem, and confirm it by selecting Redeem again
On the web
Log in to your account at tr.okx.com, go to Assets and Grow
Select your active deposit from the list, select Redeem, and confirm it by selecting Continue to complete your redemption
Note: If you can't redeem your deposit, check the order status. It may be because the status is Pending (we haven't sent your deposit to the blockchain yet) or Redeeming (you're already redeeming this deposit).
