ADDITIONAL RISK DISCLOSURE AND DISCLAIMER FOR CEDEFI SERVICES

Please read this additional Disclaimer carefully to understand the associated risks before using In-App Wallet services, in addition to any other terms and disclaimers provided. By accessing or using these services, you accept the terms outlined below and if you do not accept them, you shall not use the services.

  1. Service Provision and Third-Party Reliance. You acknowledge that In-App Wallet services may rely on decentralized systems and third parties; they are not provided under the same scope or terms as OKX TR’s centralized services, and OKX TR does not have control over or provide the decentralized systems. Before using In-App Wallet services, you must review the terms and conditions of such decentralized systems and third-party providers and independently determine your eligibility and suitability for using these services. OKX TR expressly disclaims any liability for the acts, omissions, defaults, or insolvency of such third-party service providers.

  2. Nature of Decentralized Services. When engaging with these services, you are interacting with decentralized services, including but not limited to DEX Aggregators and smart contracts. You acknowledge that decentralized services operate autonomously and may experience interruptions, delays, or failures in transaction execution. You hereby acknowledge and understand that decentralized applications differ fundamentally from centralized products; their operations are immutable, transparent, and cannot be controlled, reversed, or modified by OKX TR once executed.

  3. User Sophistication and Risk Assumption. You represent and warrant that you possess sufficient technical knowledge and experience to understand the risks associated with decentralized services, including but not limited to volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and network fees. You assume all risks associated with your use of these services.

  4. Wallet Security and Non-Custodial Risks. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for safeguarding your non-custodial wallet, including the protection of private keys, seed phrases, and passwords against unauthorized access. You agree that OKX TR shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or compromise of your funds resulting from your failure to secure your wallet or devices. The security of non-custodial wallets is the sole responsibility of the wallet owner under applicable laws.

  5. Changes. OKX TR reserves the right to change, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any In-App Wallet services at any time; and conduct actions it deems fit for those purposes such as liquidate, redeem, convert or transfer assets. You also acknowledge third-party service providers and protocols may also change, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any of their services or solutions. OKX TR shall not be liable for any potential loss in value during this process.

  6. No Investment Advice. Information provided in connection with In-App Wallet services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

  7. Technology and Smart Contract Risks. You acknowledge that In-App Wallet services rely on smart contracts and blockchain technology, which may be subject to bugs, coding errors, hacking, theft, or cyber attacks. OKX TR does not guarantee the security or functionality of any third-party smart contract.
