Some of the core ZKM team recently hosted the first in a series of @frontiertower events, in partnership with @GOATRollup.
Focused primarily on Ziren’s integration pathways, this San Francisco workshop provided a foundation for understanding practical deployment on GOAT Network and upcoming features in ZKM's proving stack - creating strong audience engagement throughout.
Some key highlights:
🔸 Technical Updates – Education Lead @alicelingl presented recent Ziren advancements: Golang compatibility, WASM-based verification, and expanded precompile support. Alice also provided a live demo demonstrating proof generation and verification with Ziren.
🔸 Ziren as Infrastructure – Chief Scientist @DacEconomy outlined Ziren’s role in facilitating a new wave of infrastructure, and offered technical insight into its integration within GOAT Network.
🔸 Bitcoin-Native Rollup Model – COO & GOAT Network core contributor @sophianeverfold provided a high-level overview of GOAT’s economic design, combining decentralized sequencers, Ziren, and BitVM2 to deliver sustainable BTC yield, before diving into the many other use cases of the Bitcoin L2.
🔸 End-to-End Stack – The fireside session covered the evolution from Ziren’s initial build to powering GOAT’s real-time Bitcoin rollup, including challenges and solutions of building a full proving pipeline.
