no one has any of the DAT numbers right and that is by design unfortunately, this game is rigged such that it favors those who are *less transparent* - quite ironic considering the blockchain is *fully transparent* lots of discourse over what if they trade <1 mNAV i am of the opinion that there's a lot of nuances to this. namely, 1. the tier of the DAT company 2. the asset they're accumulating in an ideal world, a S tier DAT company backing a S tier asset will not sell. See MSTR in 2022 for this. Their main aim is to simply accumulate more of said asset, because they truly believe in it in my opinion, this is the most favorable outcome for both the DAT company and the asset. It's (3,3) - you hold the line on your own company, while not selling the asset, and given enough time, the asset starts going up again and you look like a genius. Obviously, there are a lot of ways this could go awry - such as, if MSTR were accumulating BCH or LTC instead of BTC. Also, BTC was not a pristine asset back in 2021, so you really have to hand it to Saylor to have such insane conviction lol. Anyways, IMO the same outcome will happen to BMNR & SBET - they will hold, and continue accumulating. I believe it only gets tricky when you talk about B tier assets, and B tier companies. The conclusion I've come to is that it is a waste of time to game out such outcomes. I wouldn't long said assets in the first place from a fundamental PoV, why would having a DAT around it change anything? Just stick to the good ones.
