Since defi is getting popular again, let me remind you:
Never stake/lock up your coins if you cannot unstake/unlock immediately Nor lock your coins on any platform for some interest for a fixed time. Nor take out loans against your crypto etc, unless it is maybe a very low lombard loan against your btc. Now you can throw any argument you want at me why there is no or little risk, but it is simply not worth it. I survived luna unstaking just in time, anchor as well, and saw thousands utterly destroyed. Large amount of money i had staked on osmo was wiped out, not to mention cryptopia, ftx, and probably some others. Just look at what happened with pudgy penguins last week, people loaned against them and a massive spiral of selling started when price dropped forcing people to liquidate. Do not be the one that has some nice wealth, and you see it evaporate for some useless interest which you can make x10 if you can deploy that capital again in a bearmarket. Immediate unstaking...ok..why not. As long as you can move the coins straight away So do not stake/lock up/loan against your coins if you cannot take it out immediately
