#TRENCHER TLDR!!
On 4/24, my āpumpfun trencherā art went viral while I was sleeping and a serial deployer launched a token with it. I woke up to the token #1 trending at 1.5M mc with 5k holders. Instead of rejecting it or launching my own and vamping the main runner, I decided to embrace the community that had formed around my art.
I changed the name of my daily comics to the Trencher art series. Meme cartoons for the trenches!
Since then I have made ~250 pieces of art, including honoraries, custom pfps, comics, and memes.
I see Trencher as a mascot for the trenches, the main character in an ongoing story Iām telling. I hope you can relate to the character and I hope you can value what Iām building for the art, not just for the price on a chart.
I also think what happened with #trencher is just the beginning of a shift in how artists and creators can learn to coexist with memecoin communities. The conversation was inevitable, Iām just incredibly lucky that trencher happened to land in the middle of it.

My Day 1 statement
Hi everyone! Wow what a crazy day. The support around my lil cartoon, "The Trencher" has been so wild to see.
Even though I didn't launch the memecoin on pump, the attention surrounding the coin made me realize that the name, theme, and art format connects with people in a way that I always hoped my art would!
So, I've decided to name my series of these cartoons, The Trencher! I'll be posting more silly art and cartoons of my characters (the girl and the boy and others) for The Trencher Series. Btw- the characters are anons, no names! I created them for you to see yourselves in them.
I am an artist, not a dev. So I hope all of my new followers can appreciate my art for what it is, rather than for what it does to a chart that I had nothing to do with. With that said, I'm also a proud trencher lol and I know how it goes. If you are holding trencher, don't worry I'm not going to fud your bags! Actually, as a sign of my appreciation for what the coin did for my exposure, and maybe a little bit as a peace offering so I don't get any more crazies in my comments lol, I have drawn this banner. Feel free to use it for the trencher dex!

Why Trencher?
Trencher went viral after landing in the middle of a conversation about how artists can coexist with memecoin communities. And then I turned it into something bigger.
There are only 4 artcoins that have met the market cap and volume requirements to be verified by @moonshot: Trencher, Nub, Fwog, and Fric.
Trencher is the only artcoin this year, the only one with a human character, and Iām the only cartoon artist creating launchpad specific comics. The character is an embodiment of the @pumpdotfun trenches. Thatās where he lives.
But the Trencher series doesnāt stop at @pumpdotfun. Iāve drawn over 30 crypto twitter personalities, characters that have begun to be woven into the story of Trencher.
The Trencher series is reporting on the current events/vibes of crypto twitter, via daily comics.
