Chains should bid more projects that are launching within they ecosystem. It’s literally the most effective marketing. AVAX foundation spend a few million dollars on AVAX memecoins back in the day and it led to having tons of eyeballs on their memecoin presales (Blub etc) for weeks. In that context, I don't think it would be a bad idea for Arbitrum to do the same with yapyo for example. I'm pretty sure Arbitrum has a big marketing budget. And nothing would bring more eyeballs to InfoFi on Arbitrum than yapyo doing well. Of course, it's hard to keep this up without continuing to pump fresh money into it (that's why most AVAX memecoins are down 90%+). But we could easily get a couple weeks of Arbitrum InfoFi season with a relatively small amount of spending
