L’IPO de Circle est un succès énorme.
Je ne sais pas jusqu’où l’émetteur de l’USDC va aller (en tout cas les arbres ne montent pas jusqu’au ciel).
Mais ce que ce succès montre c’est que le marché a changé.
Le temps des privates sales et des levées de fonds opaques est en grande partie révolu.
Aujourd’hui ce que les investisseurs demandent ce ne sont pas des promesses de rendement infini.
Ils veulent un vrai business, des use cases et de la transparence sur les comptes de la société.
Il y a une prime énorme aux entreprises qui suivront ce chemin.
Et pas obligé de se coter en Bourse pour le faire.
