有家人提问：如何看待稳定币法案
1. 从美国policy maker的角度来说，推行美元稳定币有百利而无一害
首先 美元稳定币是基于美债作为锚定发行的 因此美元稳定币增量发行 = 发行商要购入新的美债，这长期来说利好美债买盘增加
其次 稳定币主要使用是在欠发达国家 即主权货币比较不稳定的国家 等于扩展了美元的使用边界 挤占了其他弱势货币的市场
2. 稳定币板块的风险可能主要局限于如果美联储降息至0%，那么发行商是否会有新的稳定币发行的意愿（然而美债的利率不会降到0%，所以仍然有利可图；而且原有持有的美债会因此价格大涨，所以也没有什么暴雷风险）
3. 对于我们的币（BTC=他们的币，山寨=我们的币）来说，即使现有的USDT USDC一直在增发 我们的币实际也没有拉盘，实际稳定币发行和加密目前是比较脱钩的。尤其是后续包括京东小米沃尔玛这些公司发行稳定币，可能都不会有BTC-某稳定币的交易对，和我们的币关系更远。然而，稳定币法案确认通过后，是否山寨庄会借着消息面拉一波局部行情就不得而知（或者说有可能）
4. 我们的币接下来的利好，现在能想到的宏观驱动有降息（今年9月以后），山寨ETF（7月以后）。去年以太坊ETF通过也是7月，但通过之后表现还是不太乐观的，对SOL等品种的ETF预期应该进一步降低。乐观估计，如果七月份关税在拖延期之前彻底解决，同时山寨ETF庄家也借机炒作，那么七月之后就有一波行情。如果保守估计可能就是到九月降息之后再拉升
传统上来说，七月八月不是很好的月份。本来预计是六月会有一波拉升（按理说，应该至少破112000的新高），但目前看上去机会在缩减。除非七月份一反常规出现了行情，不然就期待九月份再出现行情了
