The number of people reaching out asking, "...hey, I see @foxyfam_ is a success now - can you give me a job?" is humbling. It's also very telling. People don't want to join until you've "made it." That's why I reward the OGs, and keep people on staff that DO THE WORK, and don't ask for anything in return. I make sure they are rewarded, paid, empowered, cared about - because they are LITERALLY FAMILY. On Apechain you gotta grind and sweat to make anything happen. Heck, I've been here since 2021 building Foxy. There haven't been any hand outs. In fact, it's been the exact opposite. People try to bring you down every step of the way! My goal in life is to bring happiness to just one person. To get that one person his rent check that month, to see the excitement from a new collector that just got that @dawnoftheduck trait he or she has always wanted!
