We're living in the golden age of stablecoin yields. As always, bookmark this thread for future reference. 🪙BEST STABLECOIN YIELDS ISSUE #10🪙
1. @infinifilabs is live! ➢ Senior tranche is hitting 7.75% APY ➢ Junior tranches range from 14-16% depending on lock-up Those are good yields, but add an S1 points program, and I could see these easily being over 20%. Can't wait to see these on Morpho/Euler/Pendle etc
@eulerfinance is a goldmine. BUT you have to check for a few things. The ideal position has â–ş Deep Lendside Liquidity (>$1M, but preferably >$2M) â–ş Yield-bearing collateral (not relying on loan APR) â–ş Deep Swapping Liquidity (prevents leveraged slippage if you use multiply) So let's look at a few candidates below...
2) Euler #1 @ResolvLabs RLP Loop TL;DR: 55% APR w/ $1.8M Liquidity BUT, remember that $RLP is dependent on BTC and ETH basis trades primarily, so this trade works best when funding rates are high. However, Resolv is also diversifying, making the yields more all-weather, which makes me even more interested in RLP as they develop.
3) Euler #2 @MidasRWA has two things going for it on Euler. 1) MMEV on Euler Yield: 70% APR & $12M liquidity 2) They have their own Frontier Market! A frontier market on Euler is a special isolated market that allows protocols to get a bespoke set up, specifically for yield bearing stablecoin-type protocols. This gives protocols more control over their market, interest rates, collateral and debt assets, etc. This is actually a very cool vertical for Euler. But I digress: â–ş MMEV / USDC: 53% APR (plus points) â–ş PT-mMEV/USDC: 40% APR (fixed yield on collaterl)
4) Euler #3 I AM ONCE AGAIN DILUTING MYSELF RLUSD/USD: 40% APR, $12M in Liquidity Ripple renewed their incentives on @merkl_xyz, spending a rather large sum to incentivize RLUSD looping. Love to see it.
5) @plumenetwork IS LIVE! And there are some secrets... For those who don't know, Plume is literally an RWA chain. It's build for RWA-maximization, making it the perfect chain for stablecoin yields. Talk about PMF. Anywho,@NestCredit is the main hub for their RWA assets now. And they're already integrated on @MorphoLabs. WHICH, leads to some spicy yields (though still low liquidity as things just went live today) nALPHA ➢Base Yield: 10.5% ➢ 10x Leveraged: 104% APR nBASIS ➢ Base Yield: 8% ➢10x Leveraged: 78% APR nCREDIT ➢ Base Yield: 7% ➢ 10x Leveraged: 68% APR nTBILL ➢ Base Yield: 5% ➢ 10x Leveraged: 48% APR
6) A hidden gem for snipers... Two days ago, I found out @FalconStable had a morpho market that was printing >100% APR on their loops. I told the discord and posted about it here, and now all the liquidity is G O N E. BUT, where that would usually be a problem, due to sky-high interest rates, it's not really because the max utilization rate is 6.16%. That means even when 100% of the USDF is borrowed, this is still a 42% APR position at 10x. Gotta be super-fast to enter, but I've been quite enjoying myself here.
7) THE DOCTOR IS IN THE HOUSE Or...mountains? We've been waiting for POL-drUSD collateral for weeks. AND IT'S FINALLY HERE. This means you can leverage up POL-rUSD against rUSD for a current net APR ~20%. BUT there are some things you need to know. Yields are in iBGT. The iBGT is also staked while it's accruing in your wallet. That means your yield is getting yield. >180% APY, actually. BUT, it also means you'll need to continuously either pay down your debt or increase your collateral to avoid liquidation, as the POL-rUSD is not itself intrinsically yield generating.
8) Speaking of @reservoir_xyz...Season 2 could be spicy. Currently the srUSD/USDC loop on Morpho is printing 23% organic yield. We're also in Season 2, which should be >=5% of the FDV. If we assume there will be 20B points in S2, the estimations for total net yield get spicy. I'm happy with the 23% organic, and even happier with the 45% to 82% possibilities.
9) @solana USDC Yield via @humafinance I KNOW I just posted about syrupUSDC on Kamino and was genuinely excited for that, despite not realizing it had low liquidity. YES, I know it's now at -14% at max leverage. Consider this my public apology. I was just eager to finally talk about a yieldy stablecoin loop on Solana. So eager I forgot one of my rules I mentioned above. DEEP LENDSIDE LIQUIDITY IS IMPORTANT. Hopefully we'll see more liquidity there soon and a net positive APY. Luckily @Val_bpereira reminded me Huma still had some good yield. And points. â–ş 10.5% APR plus 3x feathers is a pretty solid yield for the Solana maximalist.
10) You can still just use @Contango_xyz The @pendle_fi🤝@MorphoLabs tag team provides. With $100K principal... ➢ 60% APR on PT-USDS ➢ 54% APR on PT-csUSDL ➢ 45% APR on PT-slvlUSD ➢ 40% APR on PT-USDe NOW, always be mindful of costs to enter and exit. There are many burnt farmers who aped without considering these. That's why I look for farther-dated expiries and deep liquidity. In that fashion, you can overcome the fees and ride the profit to expiry like a champ.
