The company intends to sell 2.5 million perpetual preferred shares named Stride ($STRD),
Uses include the acquisition of $BTC and for working capital.
The company also recently issued other preferred shares to the public, called Strike ($STRK) and Strife ($STRF), in addition to plans to raise $84 billion (half equity and half debt) for future Bitcoin purchases.
After the most recent acquisition, its total holdings of bitcoin have exceeded 580,955, worth more than $60 billion.
