Post Fiat is a new L1. It aims to be the #1 AI Finance coin and eventually fix money in society. XRP is a $230+B asset. Deservedly so. RPCA is older than Proof of Stake and delivers network security and sub 3 second finality on an L1 basis, with minimal cost to validators. But It has 3 areas that could be improved in the AI era. First - it's too centralized. Second - it's focused on the wrong part of the bank. Third - its tokenomics need a refresh. A private BD entity (Ripple Labs) that sells tokens is less desirable than the Microstrategy Playbook of a public equity that buys back tokens. Post Fiat fixes these three problems Pillar 1: Improved Centralization XRP is secured by a doxed Unique Node List of 35 high quality validators selected by the XRPL foundation. This Node List receives no compensation, but often have received donations or support from Ripple Labs (who also gets 80% of XRP tokens over time). XRP itself, as a SWIFT replacement, is a vast unstructured database filled with plain English memos. Post Fiat uses LLMs to process this unstructured data into structured data - namely 1] Who are the valuable entities and corporations doing things, who would be worthy validators 2] What is in their transactions (aka memos) to suggest they're adding value to the network In Post Fiat a monthly process is run using LLMs to assess #1 and #2 and A] Determine the Unique Node List composition and B] Reward the validators on the Unique Node List who are doing real things on the Network. Instead of 80% of tokens going to 1 entity, there is distribution to the useful and legitimate validators on Post Fiat. Pillar 2: Better Business Focus XRP was started back when everyone thought crypto would be primarily used by people in Emerging Markets to send currencies internationally. While this is a valuable use case, the crypto market has evolved to the point where 80%+ of fees are driven by investing use cases - not payments or remittances. Investment banks and financial institutions (like Blackrock) focused on hedge funds and institutions, are the primary crypto players in today's market. Post Fiat uses the same architecture as XRP but adapts the BD use case to focus on trading desks and buy side hedge funds. The primary initial use case is an AI agent that enables: 1. Rich compliance memos (blockchains allow privacy while also complying with the regulatory requirement not to delete messages) 2. Institutional knowledge capture and "trader playback" -- i.e. measuring the extent to which AI enhances investment processes 3. 'The Data Lake' - or our retail focused product -- is an AI agent that helps individuals achieve their goals and rewards them for demonstrating expertise. Over time this is calibrated to make a pseudonymous buy compliance rich expert network accessible to Post Fiat's buy side partners Pillar 3: Accretive Tokenomics Ripple Labs equity often trades on secondary markets at a discount to NAV. In the meanwhile the deluge of Bitcoin Treasury SPACs or MSTR plays often trade at a 50%+ premium to NAV. Post Fiat's development corp (AGTI) aims to use its cash flow from deploying Post Fiat agents at institutions to lever up and buy back Post Fiat Tokens similar to these existing structures. This should be major value unlock both for the liquid token as well as the business entity which will not need to rely as much on token sales to finance its operations. Post Fiat Culture Much like ServiceNow is the "default messaging for customer support and service" (and a $200B SAAS Behemoth) - Post Fiat is the default messaging system for AI agents interacting with humans.
