Carry out intraday light short-term trading and swing trading, and set a stop loss when opening an order. All people with large drawdowns or liquidations are heavy short-term or long-term trades. I basically close my position before going to bed, and I don't leave an overnight position. Occasionally, the short and medium-term line of the optimistic band will be position-chasing.
