PANews 5月30日消息，据GlobeNewswire报道，移动出行服务商Webus International Limited(微巴国际）（纳斯达克股票代码：WETO）宣布两项战略合作：拟通过非股权融资方式筹集最多3亿美元建立XRP储备，用于开发跨境支付解决方案及区块链基础设施；同时与同程旅游控股有限公司（HKSE: 0780.HK）续签全国出行合作协议。融资计划将支持三大方向：建立XRP战略储备、开发钱包及Web3忠诚度系统、加速全球扩张。目前融资方案尚处讨论阶段，最终条款待定。
