Daily Yield Program Conditions

As OKX TR Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu Anonim Şirketi ("OKX TR"), and in accordance with Article 51 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Operation and Capital Adequacy of Crypto Asset Service Providers, a program (“Daily Yield Program”) is offered to you by Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası Türk Anonim Ortaklığı (“Vakıfbank”) to provide overnight yield on the balance held in your account.

As a user, you may allocate any desired amount of your cash balance (“Amount Subject to Yield”) to the Daily Yield Program by logging into your account via the app or website and selecting the program before 4:30 PM each day in full working days and before 11:30 AM in half working days. As of 4:30 PM in full working days and as of 11:30 AM in half working days, the Amount Subject to Yield will be withdrawn from your non-interest-bearing balance at Vakıfbank and transferred to a time deposit account opened at Vakıfbank for the purpose of yielding. The period between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM on full working days and between 11:30 AM-13:00 PM on half working days is defined as the 90-minute "Bank Processing Period", during which no transactions can be performed by the user on the Amount Subject to Yield. Balances remaining in the time deposit account until 9:00 AM will accrue yield. The yield and the Amount Subject to Yield will be automatically transferred to your OKX TR account by 10:00 AM.

OKX TR will not combine the Daily Yield Program account with its own account; nor will it use this account as collateral or subject it to any pledge.

As a user, even if you have opted into the Daily Yield Program, you retain the right to withdraw the Amount Subject to Yield at any time, except during the Bank Processing Period. The Amount Subject to Yield will remain constant and will not be reduced.

If the Amount Subject to Yield includes funds utilized by the User through recurring trading bots, (i) such amounts will not be considered part of the Amount Subject to Yield, and the User will not be entitled to any yield from them, and (ii) OKX TR provides no guarantee against any reduction of such funds.

The yield rates are determined by Vakıfbank and are not fixed. OKX TR has no involvement in the determination of the yield rate or process. OKX TR does not provide any guarantees or commitments regarding the services offered by Vakıfbank and shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred through your use of such services.

If you do not wish to benefit directly from the Daily Yield Program, upon your consent, OKX TR may include your account balance in the Daily Yield Program. In this case, the yield generated from the Daily Yield Program will not be credited to your account and will belong to OKX TR.

The yield rates for the product are determined by the Licensed Institution; there is no fixed yield rate. OKX TR has no involvement in the return rate or process. We hereby notify you that OKX TR does not provide any guarantee or commitment regarding the services offered by the Licensed Institution and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the product.
