Today, Bitcoin is not showing strength; it’s just that the weak trend managed to hold on a bit longer. The intraday high for Bitcoin was $64,607, and the intraday low was $63,226. The price has moved back close to $64,600, but the high and current price are almost the same, indicating that the bulls are not aggressively pushing forward—they start to hesitate as soon as they hit resistance.
The first resistance level for Bitcoin is between $64,600 and $64,800, with a stronger resistance zone between $65,500 and $66,300. On the downside, the first support is at $63,226; if broken, the next support is at $62,300, with a stronger support at $61,500.
The judgment is straightforward: Bitcoin has a short-term rebound but no decisive breakout yet. Without volume to firmly hold above $64,800, this phase can only be called a weak recovery, not a reversal. If it can’t hold above $65,500, the bulls only have strength in words, not in the candlestick momentum.

4. The ultimate "cheat" method (for moments when you must push through) is to try the "single nostril breathing technique": press your right nostril with your finger and take 10 deep breaths through your left nostril, then switch. This alternate breathing can slightly regulate the sympathetic nervous system, helping you temporarily regain alertness.

About 57,700 ETH net inflow into Binance. When so many coins move to an exchange, it often means someone is preparing to sell.
Short-term selling pressure is expected. If the net inflow remains high, ETH may first retest key support before a stronger rally can occur.
