稳定币公司 SDEV 斥资逾亿美元押注 SKY 代币
PANews 3月23日消息，据CoinDesk报道，纳斯达克上市医药公司 NovaBay Pharmaceuticals 已更名为 Stablecoin Development Corporation（股票代码由 NBY 改为 SDEV），业务由医疗全面转向加密与稳定币开发。公司此前完成约1.34亿美元私募融资，投资方包括 Framework Ventures 和 Tether Investments，并将募集资金主要用于增持去中心化稳定币协议 Sky 的治理代币 SKY。目前 SDEV 持有约20.6亿枚 SKY，占总供应量约8.78%，市值约1.47亿美元，其中逾一半在二级市场以约0.065美元均价买入，其余来自融资对价中的现金和稳定币。公司已开始质押 SKY 获取收益，迄今获得约2660万枚 SKY 质押奖励。
