Space ID launches Payment ID to connect centralized and Web3 applications

ChainCatcher News: According to Crowdfund Insider, digital identity platform Space ID announced the launch of Payment ID, which connects centralized applications and Web3 applications to support the transfer of cryptocurrencies to any address, chain or wallet.

Currently, Payment IDs are integrated into MetaMask via SPACEID Snap, which can be manually mapped to CEX deposit addresses, and an automatic integration with Binance is coming soon, when the digital ID will be automatically associated with all Binance deposit addresses after login, and integrations with other CEXs and Web3 wallets are also in progress.

A Gmail or Yahoo email account is required to create a Payment ID, and Space ID uses a zkEmail solution based on a decentralized zero-knowledge (ZK) architecture to generate ZK proofs to enable on-chain interaction with email logins while protecting user privacy.
