JPMorgan CEO of Chase & Co.: The United States should prioritize securing military material reserves rather than building up bitcoin reserves
PANews reported on June 2 that, according to CoinDesk, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon said at the National Defense Forum in California that the United States should prioritize securing military material reserves rather than building Bitcoin reserves. He criticized the government's recent proposal to establish a national digital asset reserve as unrealistic, stressing that the current US preparations for war in the South China Sea can only last seven days. He pointed out that the country needs to hoard "missiles, bullets, tanks, drones and rare earths". Despite the hawkish stance, JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to open up bitcoin to customers in the near future.
