My 2 new favourite yield farms on @SonicLabs 🚀 • 39% APY potential on Stablecoins • Up to 20x points for the Sonic airdrop • Earn $SUMR from @summerfinance_ • Earn Silo points for @SiloFinance airdrop Step 1) > Lend $S, $wS, $stS or $wETH on @aave (0.9% - 2% APY for supplying) > Use that collateral to borrow $USDC (only 0.9% APY for borrowing!) Tip: Always remember to keep the loan to value (LTV) around 1.9-2.5 just in case there are any falls in the price of the supplied assets. This means it will take at least a 40% swing to the downside to get liquidated, giving you enough time to re-position. Now, there's 2 strategies to use, one to speculate on the $SUMR token and the other on the $SILO token Step 2) Option 1 > Supply the USDC in the USDC.E pool on @summerfinance_ > Now you're earning 7.13% native yield + 32% yield in $SUMR + 12x Sonic points for the airdrop coming up in June (USDC.E is simply USDC natively now, so USDC.E is just USDC in your wallet, no need to swap, Summer Fi just needs to update their pool name) $SUMR is the native token for Summer Fi.
