Deposit Match Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment Eligibility

  • This Deposit Match campaign is offered by OKX TR. The Registration Period, Campaign Period and applicable payout dates are specified on the relevant session page.

  • The campaign is available to eligible new or existing OKX TR users residing in Türkiye, as confirmed by identity verification. Participants must have completed KYC Level 2 verification.

  • You must click "Join now" during the Registration Period and make sure the button has updated to "Deposit now" to be considered a valid participant. Otherwise, your participation will be void and your deposits will not be counted toward the campaign.

  • Participation is limited to main accounts. Sub-accounts and any transactions made through them are not eligible.

  • Limit one reward entitlement per eligible participant.

2. Reward Description

  • The applicable deposit-match rate, minimum and maximum qualifying net-deposit thresholds, maximum reward per participant, total campaign reward pool, payout dates and required holding period are specified on the relevant session page.

  • Rewards are distributed in OKX Points at the rate stated on the relevant session page.

  • Qualified new deposits may include:

    • on-chain deposits of any supported crypto to your OKX TR account; and-

    • TRY cash deposits to your OKX TR account via bank transfer.

  • Your net deposit is calculated as the total amount of qualifying deposits made during the Registration Period, minus the total amount of qualifying withdrawals.

    • Net Deposit = Qualifying Deposits − Qualifying Withdrawals

    • Only eligible crypto or cash deposited while you are enrolled will qualify. Any balance held in your OKX TR account prior to enrollment will not count.

  • The following do not count as Qualifying Deposits:

    • internal transfers received from other OKX or OKX TR users;

    • transfers between your own OKX, OKX TR or sub-accounts;

    • failed, reversed, refunded or recalled deposits;

    • Crypto Gift funds; and

    • funds received through campaign rewards or another promotional reward.

  • Cash withdrawals, on-chain transfers out of OKX TR, internal transfers sent to another OKX TR user, and other outbound transfers may reduce your net deposit.

  • Your qualifying net deposit is determined at the end of the Registration Period. Deposits made after that time will not increase the qualifying amount.

  • Rewards will be credited as OKX Points. Where a specific session requires participants to maintain a specified asset balance for a stated period, the applicable amount, holding period and unlock conditions will be set out on the session page. Your net deposit balance is calculated independently of the market value of the assets you hold; fluctuations in asset prices will not affect your reward eligibility.

  • OKX TR reserves the right to send reminders to users whose net deposits fall below their qualifying threshold.

3. General Terms

  • The campaign is subject to the total reward budget stated on the relevant session page. If the total expected payout reaches this budget, the campaign may be ended early. In that case:

    • Users who have not yet enrolled can no longer enroll in the campaign.

    • Users who have already enrolled and deposited will continue to receive payouts on their net deposit accrued up to the manual end time, but any deposits made after that time will not accrue additional rewards.

  • All users who access the campaign page and participate are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms.

  • In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to deposit-withdrawal cycling, account abuse, self-referral, or coordinated manipulation, OKX TR reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke or withhold reward eligibility.

  • OKX TR reserves the right to monitor all campaign transactions in order to prevent malicious behavior aimed at manipulating the reward system, including but not limited to fake transactions, bulk account creation, and fraudulent trading. Users engaging in such activities may be disqualified from the campaign.

  • OKX TR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, reduce or cancel rewards for any user whose deposit or withdrawal patterns are deemed to pose a risk to the integrity of the campaign, including but not limited to transactions structured primarily to obtain rewards without genuine asset-holding intent.

  • OKX Points are not a currency, carry no cash value outside the OKX TR platform, and are subject to the OKX Points program terms.

  • OKX TR reserves the right to interpret these terms and to modify, suspend or terminate a Deposit Match session in accordance with applicable law and the terms stated on the relevant session page.

  • This campaign does not constitute investment advice. No commitment of return is made under this campaign.
